This Privacy Policy describes how Artem Shirk ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles your information when you use the 1010TRO mobile application ("App").

Profile Name: When you create an account, you choose a display name (2-20 characters). This name is publicly visible on leaderboards.
Profile Key: A unique authentication key is generated when you create a profile. This key is stored locally on your device and transmitted to our servers for authentication.

Information Collected Automatically:

Gameplay Data: Game scores, statistics, poker hands formed, play duration, and other gameplay metrics when you submit records to leaderboards.
Device Storage: The App uses local storage to save game progress, settings, and profile information on your device.

Information We Do NOT Collect:

Personal contact information (email, phone, address)
Location data
Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Health, financial, or biometric data
Photos, contacts, or other device content

How We Use Your Information

Provide and maintain leaderboard functionality
Display your profile and rankings to other users
Save your game progress locally on your device
Authenticate your profile for record submissions
Enforce our Terms of Service

Data Storage and Security

Server Data: Profile names and gameplay records are stored on servers located in the United States.
Local Data: Game saves, settings, and cached data are stored locally on your device.
Security: We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only:

When required by law or legal process
To protect our rights or property
With your explicit consent

Data Retention

Active Accounts: Data retained while your account remains active.
Banned Accounts: Data may be retained to enforce bans and prevent abuse.
Local Data: Persists until you uninstall the App or clear App data.

Your Rights and Choices

Profile Deletion: Contact us to request deletion of your profile and server-side data.
Local Data: Clear by uninstalling the App or clearing App storage.
Opt-Out: Use the App without creating a profile (leaderboards unavailable).

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us for removal.

Future Updates

We may implement analytics or advertising in future updates. This policy will be updated accordingly before any such implementation.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
